i can not believe all the lLOVE AND SUPPORT that i have been getting, please know that it is greatly appreciated and also well need. your kind words is what has been holding me up and helping to fight this battle....and believe you me it has been quit an battle thus far.
i did not know it would be this hard to get a lawyer. Quite a few have told me, " Well PROFESSOR BRIAN MEEKS AND I ARE GOOD FRIENDS". So that is where i am right now.....
A lot of you are curious as to why this man would just attract me as he did.... As much as i would love to tell you more, i can't since i have to protect the integrity of my case.
just follow up the case and all will be revealed.....

Charrah, I feel for you. For what purpose are you seeking an Attorney: to sue; or prosecute the case? The prosecutors at the HWT Court are all qualified Attorneys and are paid by the state for just that purpose. It may be difficult to find a 'private' Attorney to take on that role. But if that is your wish, may I suggest that you seek out an Attorney who knows Criminal law but has no 'big profile'. There are several EXCELLENT ones in that category. Clearly Self-defence arises on your case and as such the charge will be dismissed. As for Neto, is he in custody? That is not clear to me at all. That is where he needs to be. Dear Charrah, As a man I am so disgusted!!! I hope they put him in prison for attempted murder and his man-woman prison mates have their way with him, let see if he can beat them off!! He is a disgrace to all men, his parents should be so disgusted that they give him no support as the first thing that comes to my mind is that maybe his father use to beat his mother, I cannot understand how a man could do this to woman unless it is something he grew up seeing!! What kind of defence could he have!!?? There is nothing in the world that you could have done that could have deserved this!! If he does not go to prison then the Jamaican justice system will have proved itself to be worthless and corrupt!!(and as we all know would not come as a surprise)I hope your sister has seen the light and leave the asshole, as next time it'll probably be her, if she already hasnt had her share and I hope his children disown him, it is unfortunate that now all their friends must know what type of man their father is, I can just imagine the type of teasing they will get, but you are doing a good thing by publicing your story, I hope other women suffering similarly follow suit. This is partly why Jamaica is in the state it is in because of the mentality of our Jamaican men both from the lower and higher levels of our society.

Hey Charrah keep up the good fight . Women have come too far to be treated like animals. The one thing I suggest is to leave his parents name out of any of your publication as they have nothing to do with his behaviour.
Make sure you file a civil case against this SOB. He maybe the son of a prominent Jamaican figure but he is not bigger than the law
charah dont hold back. Be strong hold your head high seek justice for yourself as well as for ur niece and nephew god only knows what he is capable of doing to them. Money has no value when it comes to ur mental state, how you will no socialise with the opposite sex and your life that has no price attached. His mother and father has every thing to do with it cause its because they are who they are in socitey why they belive they can push the justice system around and have him go free until he strikes again. Go all the way. Just like the portmore residents who went to the highest courts to be heard.

If u r havinng difficulty with paying ur defense legal fees, then probably a fund could b launched to assist u. However u dont need a lawyer in the case against this MONSTER. The crown will defend the case. I suspect that u may only need a lawyer in the case against u.

When I saw ur story on the news i could not believe and then when it was sent to me via email where i could see all the content of the pictures, i was so disgust. But, i want u to hold tight and trust in god.
